Timing is everything, according to Jason Urbanski. How true.

You see, recently the personal trainer at Gold’s Gym here in Lorton, VA was working out as usual.

“I will never forget that day,” says Urbanski. “I was doing my regular routines an after I was done I asked myself, “How can I take my training performance to a whole new level?”
